US Domestic Shipping

All Pointe boxes will ship first class mail and the cost of shipping is included in your purchase price. Pointe boxes will all ship on the 25th of the month they are purchased. Once they are in the mail, its up to the US Postal service to carefully deliver your package to you!

International Shipping

Unfortunately at this time international shipping is not available.

Returns

Return Costs

If your Pointe box is not as advertised, please contact me to process a return. I will email you a return shipping label which you will need to print and attach to the original box. Upon receipt of your return, I will give you store credit to use on a future purchase at Windswept Dancer Studio.

30 Days to Return

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the Pointe Box.
